Windcrest Petition(s) July 2018

The information below is from a Recall Petition.  The grammar is that of the petitioners.  All errors in the document are the error and duly recorded and filed at City Hall.  The Name(s) and his/her references have been replaced with an “X.”  These charges must be attached to each Petition Signature Page.  Read the charges, they really sound like sour grapes and child hood squabbling.  If a signature seeker mentions anything but these charges they are not telling you the truth.

Council Person X’s specific acts include, but are not limited to the following:

MALFEASANCE- Council Person X failed in X’s duties of fiduciary responsibility by X’s actions of requesting the use of public funds for complains made against X personally.  X further wished to abuse public funds by requesting wasteful spending, even after X was informed that it was not appropriate use of public funds.

MALFEASANCE-Council Person X violated X’s duties outlined in the City Charter and protocol established by City Council and directs employees in X’s position as a Council Person causing confusion, fear and morale issues with employees.

MALFEASANCE- Council Person X used x’s position to berate, intimidate and threaten City employees, not only via through electronic communications, but verbally, which has further exasperated the morale, trust and the security of City employees.

ETHICAL FAILURE- Council Person X has been the subject of multiple ethics complaints regarding his campaign.

MALFEASANCE- Council Person X violated the Open Meeting Act on multiple occasions and was warned of X’s violation and continued to violate the Open Meetings Act showing no regard to Texas State Law.  Not only violating Texas State Law, these action along with x’s behavior show a completed disregard and respect for the Citizens of Windcrest.
